The places we inhabit- our homes, offices and surrounding environment, can really impact the way we feel. If you're feeling stressed, something as simple as tidying your desk or going on a 10 minute walk in nature can do wonders for your state of mind- leaving you feeling much more powerful and in control. As Gretchen Rubin says, "Outer order contributes to inner calm".
We will be discussing ways of achieving order and beauty in our surroundings - from getting organized, to interior design, to feng shui. In addition, we'll talk about research in regard to the benefits of getting outside more- not only for exercise but for inner peace, inspiration, and creativity.
